CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of ZCI announces the appointment of an independent non-
executive director, Professor Cyril O`Connor, effective 15 June 2012. Professor
Cyril O`Connor will also serve on the audit & finance committee and remuneration
committee of ZCI from his effective date of appointment.
The Board takes this opportunity to welcome Professor Cyril O`Connor in
anticipation of the valuable contribution he will make to the ZCI Board during
his term in office.
