NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 45(5) OF THE COMPANIES ACT, NO. 71 OF 2008 ("the
Companies Act")
Notice is hereby given in terms of section 45(5) of the Companies Act that
pursuant to the authority granted by shareholders at the annual general
meeting of MiX held on 13 September 2011, the board of MiX has resolved to
provide financial assistance (by way of loans or guarantees) to entities or
persons that are related or inter-related, as defined in the Companies Act, to
the Company.
