Disposal of a subsidiary
Further to the announcement released on Sens this morning relating to the
disposal of Contract Forwarding shareholders are advised that Contract
Forwarding is a an international freight forwarding and customs broker providing
import and export services through an international network of agents.
Specifically the company further provides customs consultancy and clearance
services as well as freight warehousing. As mentioned in the earlier
announcement the Disposal follows a decision by Mvelaserve to focus on higher
margin sectors
