RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
RBA`s shareholders are hereby notified of the following change:
Shareholders are advised that Mr Kutoane Kutoane has resigned as independent
non-executive director with effect from 30 June 2012 due to added commitments as
CEO of the Gauteng Partnership Fund. The Board thanks him for his contribution
and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
