RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of QPG ("the board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Mrs Madeleine du Plessis has resigned as Financial
Director of the Company with immediate effect from 18 June 2012.
The board thanks Madeleine for her contribution to the Company and wishes
her well in all her future endeavours.
Madeleine will continue to assist the Company as a consultant until a new
Financial Director is appointed.
