Limited, shareholders are advised that Ms. Lindiwe Gadd has resigned as a Non-
Executive Director of Accentuate with immediate effect due to a change in her
responsibilities at Thebe Investment Corporation.
The Board of Accentuate wishes to thank Lindiwe for her contribution to the
Company.
