With reference to the announcement by Oceana on 9 May 2012 regarding the
settlement agreement ("the agreement") concluded with the Competition
Commission, shareholders are advised that the Competition Tribunal has
confirmed the agreement as a consent order at a hearing held on Tuesday, 19
June 2012.
