RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Combined unit holders are advised that at the annual general meeting of
shareholders and debenture holders of Hyprop on Wednesday, 20 June 2012 all
resolutions were passed by the requisite majority, other than special resolution
number 1 in respect of combined unit repurchases and ordinary resolutions number
7 and 8 in respect of unissued combined units and the issue of combined units
for cash which were withdrawn prior to the meeting.
