TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are
satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial
results for the period to be reported on will differ at least 20% or more from
the financial results for the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that Beige is currently finalising its results for the
year ended 31 March 2012 and that earnings per share and headline earnings per
share for the year then ended are expected to be more than 20% lower than the
prior corresponding period. The company will issue a further trading statement
once a range has been identified.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
