WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on the
Securities Exchange News Service on 25 April and 11 June 2012 by SA
Corporate, as well as all other announcements made by SA Corporate relating
to Capital Property Fund`s unsolicited and non-binding expression of interest
("EOI") in acquiring all the assets of SA Corporate and the proposal to
settle the manager of SA Corporate ("Manco") for its loss of asset management
revenue in the event of the envisaged acquisition. Manco is controlled by Old
Mutual Property (Proprietary) Limited ("OMP").
The board of Manco formed an independent sub-committee ("the sub-committee"),
which together with its advisors has considered the EOI. The sub-committee
has resolved not to pursue the EOI.
The sub-committee has also been informed by OMP that it too has considered
the EOI in detail and has elected not to pursue the disposal of its interest
in Manco.
SA Corporate`s unitholders are therefore advised that they are no longer
required to exercise caution when dealing in SA Corporate`s units.
