REMGRO LIMITED CORPORATE ACTION- HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES ("HOTEDS")
As a result of the Remgro Limited ("REM") corporate action announcement made
on 31 May 2012 and the amended announcement made by Investec Bank Limited
("IBL") on 15 June 2012, whereby IBL confirmed that, as Calculation Agent of
REMIHG, IBL had elected to pay the cash equivalent of 5.16582 IMP shares per
100 REMIHG calculated off the closing price of IMP on Monday, 18th June 2012,
to be paid on 25 June 2012 via STRATE
We hereby confirm that the closing price for IMP on 18 June 2012 was R149.48;
therefore holders of REMIHG will receive 5.16582 X R149.48 for every 100
REMIHG`s held.
