ERRATUM ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the SENS announcement made yesterday, 20 June 2012, shareholders
are advised of the following amendment:
Paragraph 3: TANGIBLE NET ASSET VALUE
Reference was made to land included in the negotiations as having a total
extent of 107,421,000m2.
The board advises that the correct total extent of land is 107,421m2, at an
average cost of R2,200/m2, comprising improvements, inventory, and profits.
