As previously communicated to shareholders, Jasco has been contemplating the
disposal of the head-office property in Midrand, Gauteng ("Midrand Property").
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the Company is in advanced stages of
negotiations regarding the proposed disposal of the Midrand Property, which if
successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of the Company`s
securities.
Shareholders should therefore exercise caution when dealing in the Company`s
securities until a full announcement is made.
