DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1)
of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Liberty
Life Group (Proprietary) Limited ("Liberty") has notified Netcare that it has
acquired a beneficial interest in preference shares of the company, such that
the total beneficial interest of Netcare preference shares held by Liberty is
now 15.31% of the total issued securities of that class.
