RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF CURRO
Shareholders are hereby advised that, with the exception of special resolution
number 2 which was already approved by shareholders at the general meeting of
the Company held on 16 March 2012, and which was accordingly withdrawn, the
requisite majority of shareholders approved all of the ordinary and special
resolutions tabled at Curro`s annual general meeting held today, 22 June 2012.
The special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Commission in due course.
