NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Holdsport integrated annual report for the
year ended 29 February 2012 was posted today and contains no modifications to
the summarised, audited results for the year ended 29 February 2012, that were
announced on SENS on 18 May 2012.
The consolidated annual financial statements were audited by KPMG Inc. and
their unqualified audit report is available for inspection at the Company`s
registered office. The integrated annual report and full audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 29 February 2012 are available at
www.holdsport.co.za or can be obtained on request from the company secretary.
Notice is hereby given that the Company`s annual general meeting will be held
at 16h00 on 14 August 2012 at The Mill House, 1 Canterbury Street, Cape Town,
to transact the business as set out in the notice of the annual general
meeting forming part of the integrated annual report.
