RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND RETIREMENT BY ROTATION OF A DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of the company
held on Monday, 7 September 2009 at 3 Sandown Valley Crescent, Sandown, all
the resolutions presented in the notice of annual general meeting were passed
by the requisite majority of shareholders, save for the re-appointment of Ms
I Mazibuko who retired by rotation and was not re-elected. The directors are
aware of their obligation to appoint another director to the board to fill
the vacancy left by Ms Mazibuko and an announcement in this regard will be
made in due course.
