WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 11 January 2010
and are advised that certain of the majority shareholders of Cenmag, acting
together, have elected not to enter into the re-instatement agreement referred
to in that cautionary announcement.
Shareholders are accordingly advised that they are no longer required to
exercise caution when dealing in the company`s securities.
