Shareholders are advised that following a request for voting on the resolutions
presented in the Notice of General Meeting to be by means of a poll, which
request was supported by all shareholders present, proceedings at the General
Meeting convened for today were adjourned for a seven day period in accordance
with the company`s articles of association.
The reconvened General Meeting will be held at 10h00 on Wednesday, 12 May 2010
at 3 Sandown Valley Crescent, Sandown.
