REVISION OF SALIENT DATES IN RESPECT OF THE CHANGE OF NAME OF THE COMPANY TO
CAPRICORN INVESTMENT HOLDINGS LIMITED AND THE SUB-DIVISION OF THE SHARE CAPITAL
ON A 10:1 BASIS
Shareholders are referred to the results of general meeting announcement
released on SENS on 15 November 2010 and are advised that the special resolution
relating to the change of name of the company is still awaiting registration at
CIPRO.
The Salient Dates in respect of the change of name of the company to Capricorn
Investment Holdings Limited and the sub-division of the share capital on a 10:1
basis as set out in the circular to shareholders and released on SENS on 27
October 2010 will accordingly be amended and the revised Salient Dates will be
released on SENS and published in the press as soon as confirmation of
registration of the said resolution has been received.
