DECLARATION DATA AND REVISED SALIENT DATES
Further to the SENS announcement published yesterday advising shareholders of
the delay in the lifting of the suspension, the change of name on the JSE list
and the listing of Mine Restoration Investments Limited (formerly Capricorn) on
the AltX, the Company wishes to provide the following further information as
well as proposed new salient dates:
The outstanding document relates to the delivery of the Western Utilities
Corporation (Pty) Ltd share certificate from the Development Bank of South
Africa ("DBSA") to the Company. Agreements are in place for the release of the
certificate to take place and all conditions have been agreed with the DBSA, the
seller and the Company. Administrative processes have caused a delay in the
actual handing over of the physical share certificate. Once the share
certificate is received, the share register will need to be updated to
accurately reflect the transfer of shares. It is expected that this will be
resolved by no later than 15 June 2012. A finalisation announcement will be
published on SENS by no later than Friday, 15 June 2012.
