DIRECTORS` DEALINGS
Lonrho announces that it was today informed by Emma Priestley, an Executive
Director of the Company, that, further to her exercise of 1,250,000 options at
6.5 pence per ordinary share on 21 June 2012 pursuant to the Lonrho Plc
Unapproved Company Share Option Plan (the "Share Option Plan"), Ms Priestley
sold 1,250,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8.1029 pence per share on 22 June
2012.
In addition, the Company has also been informed today by Jean Ellis, a Non -
Executive Director of the Company, that, further to her exercise of 850,000
options at 6.5 pence per ordinary share on 21 June 2012 pursuant to the Share
Option Plan, Mrs Ellis sold 750,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8.1029 pence
per share on 22 June 2012.
The resulting shareholdings of the above-mentioned Directors are as follows:

The total number of shares in issue following the exercise of these and other
options over a total of 3,300,000 ordinary shares is 1,572,288,244 ordinary
shares with a nominal value of 1p each, with voting rights. The Company does
not hold any ordinary shares in the Treasury.
The above figure of 1,572,288,244 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders
in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their
interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services
Authority`s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
