DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN CADIZ HOLDINGS
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act and section 3.83(b) of
the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Regarding Capital
Management (Pty) Ltd (RE:CM) has acquired an interest of 15.3% of the total
number of ordinary shares in issue on behalf of clients.
Formal notification has been received from RE:CM and Cadiz has filed the
required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
