Shareholders are advised that the Wits Gold annual report, which contains the
annual financial statements for the ten months ended 31 December 2011, will be
posted to shareholders today, 27 June 2012 and will be available on the
Company`s website from 27 June 2012. The report contains no modifications to the
reviewed condensed results which were published on 30 March 2012.

Notice is hereby given that the 9th annual general meeting of the shareholders
of the Company will be held at the offices of Macquarie
First South Capital, The Place, South Building, 1 Sandton Drive, Sandton,
Johannesburg, South Africa on Wednesday 12 September 2012 at 14h00, to transact
the business as stated in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting included as
part of the annual report released today.
