CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
Further to the SENS announcement dated 14 December 2011, shareholders are
advised that Richard Friedman will resign as an executive director of the
Company with effect from 30 June 2012.
The Board once again thanks Richard for his dedicated and committed service to
the Group for over 30 years, with 25 of them as the CEO of Control Instruments
as a company listed on the JSE.
