Following the completion of the mandatory offer by Glencore International (U.K.,
Constituent) and the Lexshell Consortium (South Africa, non-constituent) and the
finalisation announcement in respect of the delisting of Optimum Coal Holdings
(South Africa, Constituent) and notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE and
the JSE announces the following changes:
