CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - RESIGNATION
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of The Don ("the board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Carel Van Zyl has resigned as a non-executive director of The Don with
effect from 25 June 2012.
The board thanks Carel for his contribution to the company and wishes him well
in his future endeavours.
