RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of RBA shareholders
held today, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite majorities of votes
of shareholders present and represented by proxy.
The resolutions include a specific issue of 9 976 189 ordinary shares at 21
cents per share to related parties which will now be issued.
