TONGAAT HULETT: NO CHANGE STATEMENT & NOTICE OF AGM
Further to the publication on 28 May 2012 of Tongaat Hulett`s audited results
for the year ended 31 March 2012, shareholders are advised that its 2012
integrated annual report, which incorporates the audited financial statements
for that period, has been dispatched to shareholders. Tongaat Hulett is not
required to publish an abridged report at this date as the audited results that
were published on 28 May 2012 are unchanged. The integrated annual report is
available on the Tongaat Hulett website www.tongaat.com.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be
held at the Corporate Office, Amanzimnyama Hill, Tongaat, on Friday 27 July 2012
at 09h00 as set out in the annual general meeting notice. The notice
accompanies Tongaat Hulett`s 2012 integrated annual report and is available on
the website.
The record date on which shareholders must be registered in Tongaat Hulett`s
securities register in order to attend, participate and vote at the annual
general meeting is Friday, 20 July 2012. The last day to trade in order to be
entitled to vote at the annual general meeting will therefore be Friday, 13 July
2012.
