MEETING OF INVESTEC BANK LIMITED, ISSUE OF THE INVESTEC BANK LIMITED 2012 ANNUAL
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
i) The Annual General Meeting of Investec Bank Limited will be held at 11:00am
on Thursday, 02 August 2012, at the registered office of Investec Bank
Limited at 100 Grayston Drive, Sandown, Sandton.
ii) A Class Meeting of holders of non-redeemable, non-cumulative, non-
participating preference shares in Investec Bank Limited will be held at
10.30am on Thursday, 02 August 2012 at the registered offices of Investec
Bank Limited at 100 Grayston Drive, Sandown, Sandton.
iii) The Investec Bank Limited 2012 Annual Financial Statements for the
year ended 31 March 2012 and Notice of the Annual General Meeting of
Investec Bank Limited, as well as the Notice of the Class Meeting of
Investec Bank Limited, have been issued and posted to Investec Bank Limited
shareholders today, 29 June 2012.
iv) Shareholders are advised that there are no modifications to the financial
results for the year ended 31 March 2012 for Investec Bank Limited, as
published on 17 May 2012.
v) The unqualified Audit Reports by Ernst and Young Inc and KPMG Inc are
available for inspection at the registered offices of Investec Bank
Limited until the Annual General Meeting has commenced.
