CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
David Noko has resigned as an independent non-executive director from the
board of Astrapak ("the Board") with effect from 30 June 2012. Mr Noko`s
resignation comes after accepting a key executive role at another
organisation which will demand his time and commitment.
The Board thanks Mr Noko for his invaluable contribution to the Board of
Astrapak, during his service as a director. The Board wishes Mr Noko well in
his new role.
In keeping with the King III recommendation of having a board composed of a
majority of independent non-executive directors; the Board has commenced a
process to identify a suitable candidate for appointment as an independent
non-executive director.
