NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Linked unitholders are advised that the Fund`s integrated annual review and
financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2012 were posted to linked
unitholders today, being the 29th June 2012. The financial statements contain
no modifications to the audited results which were published on SENS on 17 May
2012. Ernst & Young Inc, audited the results and the annual financial
statements of the Fund and their report is available for inspection at the
registered offices of the Fund.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Fund will be
held at 11h00 on Friday 3 August 2012, in the 4th Floor Boardroom at Investec
Bank Ltd, 100 Grayston Drive Sandown, Sandton 2196, to transact the business
as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting. The notice accompanies
the 2012 integrated annual report of the Investec Property Fund which is
available on the Fund`s website at www.investecpropertyfund.com.
The record date on which linked unitholders must be registered in the Fund`s
linked unitholders register in order to attend, participate and vote at the
annual general meeting is Friday, 27 July 2012.
The last day to trade in order to be entitled to vote at the annual general
meeting will therefore be Friday, 20 July 2012.
