In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Capital & Counties
Properties PLC (the "Company") would like to notify the market of the
following:
As at 29 June 2012, the Company`s capital consists of 684,470,211 Ordinary
Shares of 25 pence each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any
treasury shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company
is therefore 684,470,211.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
