CHANGES TO THE BOARD: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the shareholders are hereby informed of the resignation of Mr. Donovan
Smith as Executive Director with effect from 29 June 2012. The Board would like
to thank Donovan for his contribution to the company and wish him well in his
