FINALISATION INFORMATION RELATING TO THE NAME CHANGE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Securities
Exchange News Service ("SENS") of the JSE Limited ("JSE") on
23 March 2012 wherein shareholders were notified of the proposed name change
of IFCA Technologies Limited to Sherbourne Capital Limited. The special
resolution pertaining to the name change was lodged with the Company`s and
Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) on 6 June 2012, but has not yet been
registered by CIPC. Once the special resolution has been registered and the
name change effected by CIPC, shareholders will be advised of the revised
time table as originally set out in the circular dated 23 March 2012.
