Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements for the
year ended 29 February 2012, posted on 29 June 2012, are unchanged from the
reviewed results which were published on SENS on 10 May 2012.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Afrimat Limited will
be held at The Cedar Conference Room, Poplars Restaurant, Race Course Road,
Durbanville on Wednesday, 1 August 2012 at 14:00. The notice of the annual
general meeting is issued with the integrated annual report.
