Update regarding the publication of the provisional annual financial statements
and further cautionary announcement
Sanyati shareholders ("Shareholders") were advised in an announcement published
on SENS on Monday, 4 June 2012 that the provisional annual financial statements
of Sanyati for the year ended 29 February 2012 ("Provisional Report"), that
should have been published by no later than 31 May 2012, would not be finalised
before 30 June 2012. Shareholders are further advised that due to the
uncertainty surrounding the proposed business rescue plan and its effect on the
outlook of the Company, the executive directors have not been able to finalise
the Provisional Report.
The voluntary suspension of the Company`s shares remains in place and
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company`s securities until a further announcement in this regard is published.
