Further to the announcement dated 4 April 2012 shareholders are advised that all
the conditions precedent to the acquisition of 100% of Industrial Cable
Suppliers (Pty) Limited ("the Acquisition"),including the unconditional approval
of the Competition Commission, have either been fulfilledor waived, as the case
may be. Accordingly, the Acquisition has become unconditional. The effective
date of the Acquisition is Monday, 2 July 2012.
