DEALING IN CURRO HOLDINGS LIMITED SHARES BY DIRECTORS AND ASSOCIATES OF
DIRECTORS
As announced on SENS earlier today, the Curro rights offer closed today, 29
June 2012 and accordingly shareholders who have followed their rights offer
entitlement during the Curro rights offer will be issued Curro ordinary
shares on Monday, 2 July 2012.
Curro will be entering into a closed period in anticipation of its interim
financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2012.
Accordingly, in compliance with rules 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Limited`s
Listings Requirements, Curro shareholders are advised that the Curro
directors and their associates set out below followed their rights offer
entitlement in terms of the Curro rights offer and will take delivery of the
Curro shares set out below on Monday, 2 July 2012:
