to shareholders on the 2nd July 2012 and contains no modifications to the audited results published on

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of IFCA will be held at the
Atrium, JSE Limited, Gwen Lane, Sandton, Johannesburg at 10:00 on Tuesday the 24th of July 2012 to
transact the business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained in the
annual report.
