CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Cashbuild
shareholders are advised that Mrs Hester Hickey and Mr Stephan Fourie have been
appointed as independent non-executive directors to the board of directors of Cashbuild
with effect from 1 July 2012.
Mrs Hester Hickey is a qualified chartered accountant and currently serves on various
boards which include Omnia Ltd; Pan African Resources Plc and African Dawn Ltd. At
several other companies she also serves as audit committee chairman.
Mr Stephan Fourie, also a qualified chartered accountant is currently a non executive
director of Astral Foods Ltd and was chief operating officer of PWC southern Africa until
retirement in 2005.
