APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, HAHL is pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr. Humphrey Mathe to the board of directors as an independent
non-executive director, with effect from 1 July 2012. Mr.
Mathe will in addition to his appointment to the main Board
join the Audit and Risk Committee as a member.
Mr. Mathe holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) (Geology), a
Master of Science (Exploration Geology) degree and a Doctorate
in Natural Science. He has had extensive experience as a
Geologist/Operations Director in the coal mining sector and
will bring great operational experience and strategic
expertise to the Company.
