RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Sanyati shareholders are advised that Mr Malcolm Lobban, Chief Executive Officer
('CEO') of the Company, has resigned with effect from 30 June 2012.
Mr Mike O'Reilly, the Managing Director of the Coastal Division will assume the
responsibility for the role of CEO for the duration of the business rescue proceedings
in order to assist the business rescue practitioner with the operational management
and other requirements of the group.
