Mr Phillip (Phil) Crous has indicated his intention to take early retirement and will resign
from the Assore Board (the Board) on 31 August 2012. Phil has served on the Board for some 19 years
and in accepting his resignation, the Board expressed its gratitude for his invaluable contribution
to the group in his capacity as Group Technical Director and for services on the boards of a number
of group companies including Assmang Limited.
