CORRECTION OF ERROR
Shareholders are advised that Ububele has been made aware of an error in
the calculation of headline earnings in the annual report for the year
ended 30 June 2011 ('Audited Results') and the reviewed provisional
financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2011 ('Reviewed
Results'), due to the omission of a gain on a bargain purchase. The
error was identified in the JSE's proactive monitoring review process.
Accordingly shareholders are hereby advised that the changes to note 26
of the Audited Results are as follows:
