DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF MMI ORDINARY SHARES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122 of the
Companies Act 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Rand Merchant Insurance
Holdings Limited ('RMIH'), has been diluted in its shareholding of the ordinary shares
of MMI as a result of the conversion of certain of the preference shares of MMI into
ordinary shares of MMI, by MMI. RMIH's beneficial interest in MMI has consequently
decreased from 26.03 per cent to 24.94 per cent in MMI.
