DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
We refer to the original SENS announcement released on 5 February 2009 whereby the 4 executive
directors and non-executive Chairperson of Insimbi facilitated the sale of 15 million ordinary shares, in their
personal capacities to a BBBEE SPV subsequently called TP Hentiq 6064 (Pty) Limited on a deferred
payment arrangement. A certain portion of these shares remain unpaid for and after mutual agreement
between the parties involved, it has been concluded that the unpaid shares will be transferred back to the
original sellers being the 4 executive directors and the non executive chairman at the original transfer price
of 80 cent per share. This transfer will reduce the shareholding of TP Hentiq 6064 (Pty) Ltd to 2.64% and
increase the shareholding of the four executive directors and non-executive Chairperson as detailed below.
