CHANGE IN ROLE OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraphs 3.59 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited ('JSE'), shareholders are
advised that, with effect from 4 July 2012, Dr Neal Bruton
changed his role from that of an Executive Director to that
of a Non-Executive Director on the RGT SMART Board.
The board is pleased to advise that although Dr Bruton will
no longer play a full time role as an employee of the
Company, Dr Bruton will however remain on the RGT SMART
Board, will be available on a consulting basis to RGT SMART
and will continue to be integral to the on-going strategy,
development and growth of the Company.
