TRANSFER TO THE MAIN BOARD AND CHANGE OF SPONSOR
Shareholders are hereby advise that Curro's transfer to the main board of
the JSE was duly effected on Tuesday, 3 July 2012.
Furthermore and in accordance with paragraph 2.6 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that the
Company has appointed PSG Capital (Pty) Limited as its sponsor with effect
from today, 5 July 2012.
