TERMINATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DESIGNATED ADVISOR
Shareholders are advised that, with effect from 3 July 2012:
- Sable has terminated the mandate of Sasfin Capital, a division of Sasfin Bank Limited, as designated advisor
to the company due to the parties being unable to reach agreement on the terms of the renewal of such mandate;
and
- Java Capital Trustees and Sponsors (Proprietary) Limited has been appointed as designated advisor to the company.
